The Standard Format
Client checks into a Central London hotel Monday afternoon. Meetings run Tuesday through Thursday. Evening bookings arranged in advance — typically 2-hour dinners Tuesday and Wednesday, then an overnight Thursday before Friday flight home. Our concierge coordinates everything from initial confirmation through Thursday evening arrival.
Dinner Cover Bookings
The most common weeknight format. Companion arrives at hotel 7pm dressed for the restaurant. Cab to dinner (Michelin picks: The Ledbury, Marcus, Kitchen Table). Return to hotel 10-11pm. Suite time until midnight or 1am. Rate covers the full 4-5 hour window; restaurant paid separately by client.
Suite-Only Weeknights
Some clients prefer to skip the restaurant and order dinner to the suite. Popular at Mayfair and Knightsbridge properties with excellent room service. The pace is slower, the evening more intimate, and the recovery for the next morning’s meetings is easier.
Multi-Day Coordination
Same companion across multiple evenings works well when chemistry clicks on the first night. Alternatively, different companions per evening — our concierge maintains a running thread across the full trip and confirms each evening 24 hours in advance. Flexibility is genuinely built into the model.
Airport Arrival Coordination
For clients arriving late, we can arrange a companion at the hotel for the evening of check-in. Landing 8pm at Heathrow, in the hotel by 10pm, companion arriving 10:30pm for a shorter first-night booking. This softens the jet-lag and starts the trip on the right note.
Business-Trip Discretion
Corporate expense reports never mention companions. Payment methods that leave no trace (cash, personal card, crypto). Companion communication only on WhatsApp — nothing on corporate email or phone.
