Miami Art Basel + F1 Weekend — Companion Booking Guide
Miami’s international event weekends are our largest single booking category. Art Basel, F1 Miami, Ultra Music Festival, Miami Swim Week — all draw clients who want a companion for the full duration, not just single evenings. Here’s how our repeat clients actually structure these bookings.
Book Early — 6+ Weeks
For Art Basel (early December) and F1 Miami (early May), our top-tier companions book out 6-8 weeks in advance. Last-minute inquiries during event week almost never find a top-tier companion available. Plan around the event schedule, not the other way around.
Full Weekend Format
Most event bookings run Wednesday through Sunday. Client arrives Wednesday evening, companion is available Thursday morning through Sunday afternoon. Rate covers the full window; client covers hotel, restaurants, event tickets, and any private transport.
Event-Specific Notes
Art Basel: Companion needs to handle gallery openings, private dinners at Casa Tua, and after-parties at The Faena and 1 Hotel. Dress code is elevated — she’ll bring options.
F1 Miami: Track-day companions arrive at the Formula 1 circuit paddock (with proper credential you supply). Evenings at Prime 112, Papi Steak, Sugar Rooftop.
Ultra: Late-night endurance is the challenge. Companion booking includes daytime pool recovery at your hotel; energy is preserved for the actual event nights.
Swim Week: Beach-day format dominates. Nikki Beach, 1 Hotel pool, private cabanas at Faena.
Rate Structure
Event-weekend rates typically 1.5x standard weekend pricing due to demand. Confirmed at booking, no on-the-night adjustments. Payment handled at first evening.
Multiple Companions
Clients arriving with business partners or friends often book multiple companions for the group. Our concierge coordinates all pairings; each companion vetted for chemistry with her specific client. This is our second-largest event category.
