Welcome to our FAQ section, designed to offer clear and accurate information about XOLOVE and the bespoke companion services we provide. Here, you'll find answers to common questions regarding our agency, how our service works, and what you can expect as a valued client.

Are the model photos on XOLOVE real or are fake photos used?

All the photos of our models are genuine. We regularly hold castings to personally verify that the model matches their photos.

Are your models only available in London?

We have models not only in London but in all major cities worldwide, including Europe, America, the Emirates, Russia, and Asia.

What are your working hours?

Our managers are generally available 24/7, but in rare cases, we may finish a bit earlier.

Can your models from London travel outside the city or abroad?

All our models are available for travel within the UK, and most of them are also willing to travel internationally.

Can a model agree to meet for a lower cost than what is listed in their profile?

As an agency, we do not set, control, or alter the rates established by our London or international models. They set their own rates, and we only decide whether to collaborate based on the terms they propose. In other words, models decide for themselves what prices they are willing to work for.

How far in advance should I notify you to meet with the model I have chosen?

The earlier you contact us, the better. If you notify us a day in advance, the chances of the model being available are much higher than if you contact us 10 minutes before the meeting. Please try to inform us in advance – this is the only request we have.

What exactly am I paying for when meeting with a model?

All the models on our website offer their time for a specific fee. If a model lists her price as £500 per hour, you are paying her for the time spent with you.

What do I get for the time I pay for?

All our models listed on the website provide G.F.E. (Girlfriend Experience) service throughout the entire paid time.

When should I make payment to the model?

Payments should be made at the beginning of the meeting, typically within the first 5-10 minutes.

How can I make payment?

Currently, we only accept cash (in any major currency). We also accept bank transfers, but they must be made and credited to our account before meeting with the chosen model.

What does Incall/Outcall mean?

Incall means that the chosen model can meet clients at her own accommodation, whereas Outcall means that she can only visit you at your residence or hotel.

Where is your INCALL location? Are all models available there? Can I come and meet several of them?

Unfortunately, we do not have a single location where all the models are based, and we do not conduct castings. Each model lives at her own address. The only way to meet with the models is to book the appropriate one for a meeting.

Why do some models not do Incall/Outcall to my home?

Some of our models, who do not accept Incall visits at their homes, also do not travel to private addresses for new clients (those who have not made several bookings with us previously). They only visit hotels in central London for safety reasons.

If I live in London but outside the city center, or want to meet at Heathrow or Gatwick airports, do the conditions change?

Yes, the mandatory conditions are:

  • A minimum booking of 2 hours.
  • Payment for transportation costs both ways.
Can you arrange hotel bookings for me?

Yes, we can do that, but to book the hotel, we will require payment in advance. Please let us know so we can proceed with the booking.

How can I see the full models of those whose faces are hidden in the photos?

To view the faces of all our models, you need to become a club member. You can find the membership link here.

How can I make payment?

You can pay for services in three ways:

  • Cash on Arrival: You can pay when you meet the chosen model.
  • Bank Transfer: You can use an account in the UK, a Euro account, a USD account, or a money transfer service such as Wise/Revolut.
  • Cryptocurrency Transfer: Payment can be made to an E-Wallet.

Please note that payment must be made before the meeting with the model and must be successfully completed before the meeting begins.
